From the perspective of regional space, this book conducts a systemic research on the revitalization of rural culture against the backdrop of urban-rural integration. It also delves into important issues of the local, hierarchical and regional nature of the diversified entities and carriers of urban and rural public culture. The book is divided into two parts, each respectively dedicated to the form of carriers and the composition of entities. With the focus on the two key questions of “urban-rural integration” and “content development”, the book applies the regional and spatial dimensions to the study of public cultural services to analyze the complex connections among government bodies, society, and the public. The range of research results have solved many theoretical and practical problems that have long puzzled the academia. The book greatly enriches and expands the system of related theories and provides new and important basis and reference for policy making and practical work.
