Huang Jianhua is a researcher of the Sichuan Provincial Cultural Relics and Archeology Research Institute, a member of the China Writers Association. He also serves as a contributing member of the Literature and History Research Institute of the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, a member of the 9th and 10th CPPCC Sichuan Provincial Committee. He has received the honorary title of the top 10 bibliophiles in Sichuan. He has published a dozen monographs, including Shi Dakai, The Stairs to Heaven, San Xingdui: An Oriental Civilization Rocking the World, Ancient Civilizations Along the Silk Road, Sanxingdui (in Korean), Jinsha Archaeology: Sun and Immortal Birds Reappears, Chronicles of Huayang, Civilizations in the Western Part of Silk Road; novels Music and Romance, Joy and Sorrow, and the Legend of Ancient Shu Kingdom trilogy (Back to Ancient Shu Kingdom, Jinsha Saga, Five Heroes of Ancient Shu Kingdom); and more than 30 novellas.
