Dr. An Ping, a leading expert in journalism and communication, holds a PhD in History from Northeast Normal University. He serves as the Dean of the School of Journalism and Communication at Bohai University. Dr. Ping boasts a prolific career, having published over 20 academic papers, a monograph, and translated three works. He has also actively participated in and led over 20 projects funded by prestigious organizations, including the National Social Science Fund, China Radio and Television Association, provincial and ministerial social science funds, and the education department of the provincial government.
