Shi Yifeng, born in 1979 in Beijing, was admitted to the Department of Chinese Language and Literature of Peking University in 1998 and got his Master of Art degree there. His works include full-length novel Hongqi Xia De Guoer, Lianlian Beijing, Jieming Ersheng, Xinling Waishi, and novel collections Shijian Yiwu Chen Jinfang and Tebie Neng Zhandou. 

He has won the Lu Xun Literature Prize, the Feng Mu Literature Prize, the “October” Literature Prize, Baihua Literature Award, and the Novella Award of the Annual Award of the Journal of Selected Novels.
